Cryptocurrency payment terms

Seqvanta calculates the order total in USD from server-held product prices and the selected shipping rate. The payment provider then creates a separate invoice linked to the order.

The supported assets and networks are those displayed by the provider for that invoice. A general reference to USDT, USDC, or another asset elsewhere on the site is not a promise that every network or asset is available.

Send the exact asset, network, address, memo or tag, and amount shown. Complete the transfer before the timer displayed in the payment interface expires. The invoice lifetime and any quoted crypto amount are not necessarily the same kind of time lock.

An order is not paid merely because a transaction was submitted, a wallet shows it as sent, or the browser returned to Seqvanta. Payment is confirmed only after a verified provider status is reconciled to the order.

Do not send a second transfer because a page is slow or a request times out. Contact support with the order number and transaction reference.

Partial, underpaid, overpaid, duplicate, late, wrong-asset, and wrong-network transfers may not be detected or confirmed automatically. They can place the order into manual review and may be unrecoverable where the receiving network or asset is unsupported.

You are responsible for wallet, exchange, and network charges needed to deliver the displayed amount. Payment processing also involves the provider's own technical and privacy terms.

A cryptocurrency refund is not automatic. An approved refund may require a destination-wallet and network check. The USD amount approved for refund is not increased or reduced solely because the asset's market price changed after payment.

Seqvanta will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. For a payment issue, contact [email protected] and include the order number, provider invoice reference, asset, network, and transaction ID. Do not send secret wallet credentials.
