Legal information
Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed with Seqvanta, operated by AARVIGIL LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED, Company No. 15738319.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Seller and contact
The seller is AARVIGIL LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 15738319, with registered office at 14 Bowring Green, Watford, England, WD19 6UN.
Order and product questions: [email protected]. Legal notices: [email protected].
2. Research-use products
Catalog products are supplied for research and laboratory use. They are not sold for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or self-administration.
You must have the authority, facilities, trained personnel, and procedures required to acquire, handle, store, use, and dispose of the products.
3. Catalog, price, and minimum order
Prices are stated in USD per published package presentation. Products without a published price are available only by quotation. The minimum merchandise subtotal for an online order is $100.00, before shipping and destination charges.
We may correct an obvious description or pricing error before payment. A product is not committed at a changed price without your confirmation.
4. Order creation and reservation
Creating an order reserves its product lines for 24 hours. Creation is not payment confirmation or dispatch acceptance. If verified payment is not received before the reservation expires, the order may be cancelled and the reservation released.
Order acceptance occurs when Seqvanta confirms payment and accepts the order for fulfilment. We may refuse or place an order on hold where payment, identity, stock, pricing, fraud, compliance, or fulfilment requires review.
5. Cryptocurrency payment
When cryptocurrency checkout is available, you must use the network, asset, amount, and payment window shown for the invoice. A browser return, transaction submission, or wallet display does not prove payment.
Payment is confirmed only after Seqvanta receives and verifies the provider status. Wrong-network, wrong-asset, partial, late, duplicate, overpaid, or underpaid transfers may require manual review and do not automatically make an order paid.
6. Address and order contents
Review the recipient, address, products, quantities, and totals before payment. After payment is confirmed, the delivery address and order contents cannot be changed through the website.
7. Dispatch, delivery, and import
Seqvanta aims to dispatch within two business days after confirmed payment. This is a dispatch commitment, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is on DAP-style terms: the buyer is responsible for confirming import permission, customs clearance, duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage, permits, and other destination charges. Customs delay, refusal, seizure, or destruction caused by destination rules remains the buyer's risk to the extent permitted by law.
8. Inspection, issues, and returns
Inspect the package promptly on receipt. Do not use a product that is damaged, inconsistent with the order, or has an uncertain identity. Contact support with the order number, photographs, and a clear description before returning anything.
The separate Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
9. Liability and research decisions
You are responsible for selecting the product, determining its suitability for your method, and applying appropriate laboratory controls. Seqvanta does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, or a guarantee of a particular experimental outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or local-law rights that apply to you.
