Orders, payments, and delivery

The catalog contains the research materials available in Seqvanta's current product database. Every listed package with a published USD price can be added to an order. A product without a public price has a Request a price option instead.

The minimum merchandise subtotal is $100.00, before shipping. A cart below that amount cannot create an order.

Products are reserved for 24 hours after an order is created. An unpaid-order reminder is scheduled four hours before expiry. If payment is still not confirmed at 24 hours, the reservation is released and the order is cancelled.

Checkout uses cryptocurrency when live payment is available. The payment screen shows the supported options for that invoice. An order is paid only after Seqvanta receives a verified provider status; returning to the website is not payment confirmation.

Seqvanta accepts orders worldwide and initially dispatches from Hong Kong. The buyer must confirm that the product can be imported into the destination country.

Unless Seqvanta agrees otherwise in writing, the buyer handles import clearance and pays duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage, and other destination charges.

Dispatch is scheduled within two business days after payment is confirmed. This is the dispatch window, not a guaranteed delivery date.

No. The delivery address and order contents are locked after confirmed payment. Check both before starting payment.

Certificates of analysis are not published in the public catalog. Ask support before ordering if a particular document or specification is material to your purchase decision.
