2. Data we process
We may process your name, email address, account credentials in protected form, delivery and billing details, order contents, correspondence, device and security records, consent choices, and transaction references.
Seqvanta does not need your private cryptocurrency keys or wallet recovery phrase. Do not send them to us.
3. Why we use it
- To create and secure an account.
- To create, reserve, accept, dispatch, and support an order.
- To initiate and reconcile a payment with the payment provider.
- To send registration, password, order, payment, reservation, and cancellation messages.
- To prevent misuse, keep records, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
4. Legal bases
We process data where it is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as account security, fraud prevention, service operation, and dispute management. Where consent is legally required, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Service providers and transfers
Data may be handled by providers supporting hosting, databases, security, email delivery, cryptocurrency payment processing, and shipping. Resend is used for transactional email. CosmoPAY is used when cryptocurrency checkout is enabled.
Orders may be dispatched from Hong Kong and buyers may be located worldwide, so processing can involve countries outside the United Kingdom. We use appropriate contractual and operational safeguards where required.
6. Retention
We retain account, order, payment, security, and correspondence records only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal and tax obligations, fraud prevention, and the establishment or defence of claims. Verification and reset tokens expire and are not intended as permanent records.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the competent authority where you live.
We may need information to verify identity before acting on a request.
