Seqvanta does not need your private cryptocurrency keys or wallet recovery phrase. Do not send them to us.

Data may be handled by providers supporting hosting, databases, security, email delivery, cryptocurrency payment processing, and shipping. Resend is used for transactional email. CosmoPAY is used when cryptocurrency checkout is enabled.

If you allow analytics, Google receives browser and device information, limited campaign labels, product and purchase data, and pseudonymous transaction references. Our analytics events exclude names, email and delivery addresses, wallet references, account tokens, and private URL identifiers. Google receives network information needed to deliver its service. Orders may be dispatched from Hong Kong and buyers may be located worldwide, so processing can involve countries outside the United Kingdom. We use appropriate contractual and operational safeguards where required.

We retain account, order, payment, security, and correspondence records only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal and tax obligations, fraud prevention, and the establishment or defence of claims. Verification and reset tokens expire and are not intended as permanent records.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the competent authority where you live.

We may need information to verify identity before acting on a request.
