Shipping and customs
Worldwide dispatch, buyer-managed import
Orders ship from Hong Kong to supported destinations. Dispatch is scheduled within two business days after confirmed payment; transit and customs time are separate. Check the available carriers for your country and postal code at checkout.
Delivery options
Post, DHL or FedEx
Hongkong Post Air Mail uses ordinary air packets up to 2 kg, without tracking. Heavier orders use air parcels where available. Postal shipments containing goods to the United States currently require a service check and cannot be selected at checkout.
DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Priority are tracked courier services. Their prices use the greater of packed weight and dimensional weight. A large, light box can therefore cost more than its scale weight suggests.
Checkout estimates shipping from your products, quantities and packaging, using published carrier rates. Courier estimates include the fuel and demand surcharges in the current tariff snapshot. Remote-area delivery, special handling, duties and import taxes are not included. Contact us before payment if your order needs temperature control or other special handling.
Order timeline
From reservation to import clearance
Dispatch begins after confirmed payment. Delivery and customs timing depend on the destination and are separate from the dispatch commitment.
Order created
Products are reserved for 24 hours while payment remains pending.
Payment confirmed
The order address and contents become final. Dispatch preparation begins.
Dispatched
Seqvanta dispatches within two business days after confirmed payment.
Import clearance
The buyer or recipient completes destination-country customs formalities.

What the buyer is responsible for
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer must confirm that import is permitted and is responsible for customs clearance, duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage, permits, and other destination-country charges.
A destination accepted by checkout is not a legal opinion or guarantee that customs will release the parcel. A carrier may be unavailable for your address or product. If no shipping option is shown, contact us with the product list, quantities and destination postal code before ordering.
Timing
Dispatch is not delivery
The two-business-day commitment covers dispatch after payment confirmation. Delivery time can change with destination, carrier capacity, customs inspection, local holidays, weather, and recipient response.
Ordinary air packets do not include tracking. Courier shipments include tracking, but the estimate does not promise a delivery date. Ask support before payment if you have a deadline.
Storage handoff
Move the parcel into controlled storage on receipt
Dispatch and transit information does not replace a product-specific storage specification. On delivery, inspect the outer package and product container, document the condition, and move the material into the storage environment required for that exact presentation.
